Itinerary Planning

All what is required is information about your departure point, intended destination and a few aircraft details.
Streamline OPS will in return suggest a route and supply ATC flight plans for each leg based on the following considerations:

• Limitations of aircraft performance and range with IFR reserves
• Current known political status
• Any politically sensitive areas for those onboard
• Time frame and ease of obtaining permissions, where required
• Expected levels of ground handling service along the suggested route
•  Fuel availability at airports
•  Airport suitability for aircraft type, whether customs and immigration are required, etc .

As this is just an initial planning exercise this service does not take into account:

• Temporary airport restrictions, either current or future.
• Airport weather, current or forecast
• A guarantee of fuel availability at time of airport use.

Computer Flight Plans

We will calculate your flight plan and include detailed air traffic restrictions and notams. W will also advise you on the best practical routing for your individual requirements. We can e-mail the CFP to your PC or deliver it via fax, SITA, AFTN or Telex. You can have them delivered to your hotel, office or ground handling agent.
State-of-the-art features include:

• Optimised route and altitude selection for the lowest fuel burn or fastest flight time
• Current and forecasted weather for all altitudes
• Complete fuel, time, and weight calculations
• Route, fuel, and weather details calculated at each enroute waypoint
• A pre-formatted ATC flight plan, in either the U.S. or ICAO standard and fully IFPS compatible
• Equal Time Points (ETPs), driftdown, and enroute reclearance.

ATC Flight Plan Filing

All airports around Russia will insist on manual flight plan filing and this is where you need professional assistance to take a care of this practical step. Our agent will file your ATC ICAO flight plan, and it will be duly forwarded to the applicable air traffic control centres.

We can also forward an ATC flight plan by AFTN or SITA to the ATC office of Russian and C.I.S. airports where our personnel will make sure that it is duly filed and sent into the system. We also may provide immediate flight planning consultation regarding your operation to any C.I.S. country using latest changes and notams issued by aviation authorities. Eurocontrol flight plan clearance is readily available as well.

The crew won't have to walk to the ATC office and can usually remain with the aircraft.
